Blood Bank and Donation
A blood bank within the hospital caters to the emergency needs of the patients. However, it is important that voluntary donors come forward to replace the blood. It is the blood available at the blood bank by some donor that became useful for the patient. Hence it is a humanitarian appeal to all those taking care of the patients in the hospital to donate blood so that another such patient may also be attended to.
For any surgery in the hospital, people would be able to get blood from
the blood bank at the hospital. The patient’s bystanders will not have
to run to secure blood. However, it is generally required to donate
blood to replace the stock that is being utilised.
