Renai Medicity makes every effort to make the billing process as easy as possible. Our objective is to ensure you receive accurate bills of our services and also the full benefits of your insurance coverage.
We would request for an advance deposit as you are allotted an inpatient room. The advance received will be adjusted against the bills that may be generated from time to time. The medicines prescribed can be delivered at your room and the charges for the same will again be adjusted against the advance deposited by you. This would save your time going to the pharmacy every time to fetch medicines prescribed.
Renai Medicity has been empanelled with most of the insurance companies and TPAs. Please contact the insurance desk at the time of admission itself if you are covered under health insurance. Please check with us whether your insurance company has been empanelled with us for cashless facility. An advance needs to be paid even though you have an insurance coverage.
Your final bill would include daily hospital room charges, dietary meals supplied, 24-hour nursing care and other services such as laboratory services, diagnostic and treatment procedures, medical tests, certain supplies and drugs, services of hospital specialists such as radiologists and pathologists etc.
All balances are due and payable in full at the time of discharge. Payment options include cash, foreign currency, online bank transfer, credit/debit cards. Personal cheques are not accepted. Should you need more information on billing and insurance, please contact our Billing/Insurance desk.
